The Online Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) offered by Loyola Institute of Business Administration is a two-year, AICTE-approved management programme designed to develop competent, ethical, and industry-ready management professionals.
The programme is academically equivalent to the on-campus PGDM, with identical curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and assessment standards, while leveraging technology-enabled delivery to provide flexibility for learners across geographies.
The programme aims to build strong managerial foundations, analytical capability, leadership orientation, and ethical decision-making skills, aligned with the demands of contemporary organisations operating in a global and digital economy.

LIBA places strong emphasis on Assurance of Learning (AoL) to ensure that learning outcomes in the Online PGDM programme are clearly defined, systematically assessed, and continuously improved, even in an online delivery environment.
Each course is mapped to Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) and Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs). Teaching methods and assessment instruments are aligned to ensure measurable outcome attainment in accordance with AICTE guidelines.
The structured TLA model ensures that learning is progressive and reinforced throughout the programme, rather than concentrated only at the end of a term.
